Each Rose & Reagan piece is handmade and carefully prepared for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Rose & Reagan jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom or personalized pieces are made especially for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We may ask you to provide a photo of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue.

Handmade With Care

Because each Rose & Reagan piece is handmade, slight variations in bead color, pattern, placement, and size may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
