We hope you love your Rose & Reagan piece! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
